@Neuro_Matt @jfdwolff I can’t remember the last time I did a PR in trauma unless there was a radiological spinal injury (to help document an ASIA score) or significant pelvic fracture (to see if it’s an open fracture). A (selective) part of the secondary survey, but not standard care!

@UKGastroDr @CCWearmouth There’s emergency surgery and there’s emergency surgery. If someone is exsanguinating or likely to be at risk of losing their circulating volume, it’s not something you leave to the morning.
