Maybe try putting the music part last?? I don't know but i feel having all the audio related parts together helps you complete it in one shot

Editors, with this simple trick, you'll edit three times faster!
Start by creating shortcuts for your most used actions.
Add more gradually as you edit more videos.
But don't overload yourself. Learn one or two at a time, and each day, add another.
Easy – no need to rush!

Normally i edit for about 90 mins straight then a 20-30mins pause and repeat. I believe its called Ultradian cycle

AE is definitely a complex software but once you've got your hands on it then there is nothing stopping you from making those banger videos🔥

Filmora is good but you can't do advanced effects and many more things in it. I don't hate filmore since I too started my editing journey through Filmora
