Powered by Doctor Who, Prisoner Cell Block H, Horror films and classic TV. Can be found quoting Victoria Wood and French & Saunders at any given moment.
Rest assured that when I finally spot the grammar or spelling mistake I’ve made in a tweet I’ve sent I will beat myself up about it for the rest of the day, especially if that tweet is favourited or retweeted lol.

My mum died today. 2 years of struggle as an unruptured brain aneurysm and a brain tumour slowly took over all her motor functions. It was an honour and a privilege to help look after her (along with my dad) Today’s been weird. I’m off to bed.

Exactly! It’s not about being petty, difficult or transphobic. It’s about continuing using words that absolutely everyone knows the meaning of. It really could literally save a life.

Oh, god it’s Lesbian visibility week. We all know what that means bunch of men in bad wigs talking about their ladywilly and how’s it transphobic for lesbians not to want to date them all while they have ‘bio women only’ in there lesbian dating app profile.

Next time use the money to make it easier for disabled people to get about your stations. We don’t need pointless virtue singling like, painted trains they help no one but better access helps everyone.

You did a stuff. You made a video and that video would have helped someone. You did a stuff. We’re proud of you. Also, that’s a charming smashing onesie you’re wearing.

I don’t think she’s wrong at all. She’s not complained about Trans women being in the group full stop she just doesn’t want to see anyone in their underwear. That’s totally fair.

Former Royal protection officer Richard Griffin reminisces about a picnic he went on with the Queen at Balmoral and an encounter they had with two American tourists who did not realise they were in the company of the monarch.

Can you tell the dangerous men from the non-dangerous ones? I bet the answer is no. Neither can we, which is why sex-segregated spaces are essential for women.

We don’t need rainbow crossings. My lesbian Self can cross roads perfectly well and safely using the standard ones. The money could have gone to projects that would actually change lives like an LGBT homeless charity if they really did want to help.

She writing off women’s experiences of having been sexually assaulted by TIMs in ladies loos(that have been well documented. It’s not just hearsay) never mind the fact that we are allowed to just not share things with men no matter how pretty their dress is.

Sausage is the shape. If someone gave you plasticine and said ‘make a sausage shape’ you would know exactly what shape to do, you wouldn’t say ‘ I can’t it’s not meat’

There’s a fair few Transexuals that share the opinion you tweeted. I’ve been educated so much on twitter in the last few months by following various Transexuals who have transitioned over 30 & 40 years ago. Their voices are being buried.

It’s important to mention his sex, male nurses are still under represented in the profession so it’s always nice to hear about them, normalises (for lack of a better word) the profession as a choice for men. My dad was a nurse as is my oldest pal.

Not to mention that they’re laughing about the women being hurt, making light of it. “She folded a girl like a deckchair during a game, which was quite funny, but they're still friends." But, you know, as long as they’re still friends...

I’ve been absolutely educated on this subject this week. I didn’t see anything wrong with the survey at first but thanks to others I know better now. what you just tweeted...wow, that’s scary.

She’s only seen as a bully because she was challenging what they were saying. If she was agreeing whole heartedly they would be absolutely loving her.

I bet he won’t even touch on the fact that lesbians were called sexual racists for not wanting to sleep with men. That hatred won’t be shown at all.

That’s sensible but it’s not validating and I suspect that validation is the reason they want to be in women’s sport in the first place. That and easy medals.

@salltweets
Absolutely. People are making problems where there aren’t any. A trans swim night? Fab, what a great idea. A men’s shed for men to get together and learn stuff, that’s a great idea too. People have the right to be amongst their own kind from time to time.

I hope you have an in-memorial exhibition for men who were beaten up or murdered while being called Queer. It’s still a slur for many so it’s not ‘for all’ at all.

It’s like that French & Saunders radio station sketch with Jennifer’s character going out of her way not to call Dawn fat but would say things like ‘bulkier person ’ ‘plesantly plump’ ‘Cornish dumpling’ and then played the song ‘fatty boom boom’ 😂

I stood at a stage door to meet Kenneth Branagh a few years ago and Alan Rickman popped by for a drink with him and Alan made sure he gave us all a few waves and smiles before he went in. He didn’t need to do that, he was lovely.

That’s the thing isn’t it?We don’t want things to be wound back too far just back to being sensible again. Work places should support LGB (and the T) employees but not completely take over everything with rainbow propaganda. We don’t need rainbow lanyards etc

When she played Zoe she became a light for a lot of people’s darkness, those that were struggling with their sexuality got to see someone go through the same and we didn’t feel so alone. Much love to everyone affected by her death.

You only need to look at the TRAs at the let women speak events to see that something is seriously wrong, the amount of walking sticks and walking frames you see. It’s really sad.

Best of luck. They wouldn’t have suggested a local if it wasn’t appropriate but definitely see if you can get a bit of sedation too since you are so nervous.

Absolutely. Trans only services are vital. If the TRAs put as much effort into creating safe services from themselves instead of the effort they’re are taking to push themselves into women only spaces they would do wonders.

Following a broad range of trans people is a good idea too, gives different perspectives, for example Juno Dawson has a different perspective than Debbie Hayton. Buck Angel and Scott Newgant will also give you a view of Trans men, who often get overlooked.

That’s such a load of nonsense on their part, They could have invited you on to talk about the issues you mentioned in the letter but that would show TRAs in a bad light and we can’t have that (sarcasm)

These would be horrible to walk up or down on. I heard the term Stair blindness a few years ago where you can miss steps even if you have good sight. These probably wouldn’t help.

In no way are people using the colours for transphobia. We use them to celebrate women and the achievements our sisters fought tooth and nail for some of which are being taken away, such as single sex spaces.

Exactly. I’m gay, I’ve been using the trains for years I haven’t needed a flag painted on them to feel that I can use them. But when I’ve been in a wheelchair, by far a different story. Pre-planned routes or not.
