1. Why are you the one to build/solve this problem?
2. What do you know about this problem that others/competitors don’t?
For early stage, I think founder-product fit is more important than PMF.

1. Find your plumbers (a niche group of your ICPs), and make them happy
2. Painkillers > Vitamins: When you find a real painkiller, you'll know.
3. Assume competitors are smart. If they're doing things differently, wonder and figure out why.
