IMO 616 iron man main theme is disability while mcu iron man is redemption. You can see later comics trying to shift it to redemption too but older comics definitely focus on disability. This is why we started getting ooc Tony since extremis. Deleting his disability is mistake
AU Tony doesn't always have to be rich but he always have to be disabled
