This is a full Y8 scheme of work on the British Empire, based around @Sathnam’s Empireland. It’s been in the works since @historybookgrp’s discussion which inspired us to revisit how we approach the topic of empire. Resources shared here:

@AkdoganHistory Hi, typically I don’t tend to use ppts for Politics as it changes so often it would be really labour intensive. I might use them for certain things but mostly it’s through discussion and book work. I lead them through the tasks and discuss context/examples/synoptic links etc.
