We can’t keep everything bottled up. Sometimes venting helps, and it keeps us from doing crazy shit. Family and friends just need to understand what a real relationship is & there will be fuck ups and foregiveness. However, we don’t need to tell EVERYBODY. Just a select few.

FYI if the bonds of your hair hasn’t been altered (heat styling, color processes, and chemical treatments) Using Olaplex will give your hair a protein overload and cause damage to your hair. This is why ppl talk about their hair breaking off when using. Not for natural girlies.

inspired me to use a clean up timer today, and I got so much done in 2 hours (deep cleaned the kitchen, bathroom and living room and did my laundry) I’ve never felt more accomplished. Sometimes it’s not the tasks itself that we avoid but the time we think it takes.

Boundary examples I’ve set with my friendships:
Not lending $. If my friend is in need, I would simply say no or give them an amount I’m comfortable with giving versus lending it. I’ve seen $$ ruin relationships. This may work in some friendships, but i’d rather not.
