@AlboMP Being able to manufacture anything is dependent on cheap reliable power, some that will never be seen again under your government, and only slightly better odds under the Libs. Productivity by decree is so very socialist of you as well.

@craigkellyXXX @lauren_vasiliou And the preamble tells us what the outcome will be.

@SkyNewsAust A prime example of where the option âwhat if we do absolutely nothingâ is considered first.

@OzPollies Yes, but in our case itâs probably being laundered via unions, charities and NGOs back to government as political donations, after taking their commission off the top.

@PoliBard Optional preferential voting for lower house, vote only for as many preferences as you like. To keep the math straight, might also mean itâs highest count as some may not get to 50%. But also B, C and a variant of D. Maybe a budget cap.

@MarkWRowley Not making excuses for them, but I honestly donât think theyâd even read or had a summary of the legislation. If you look at what PHON have been releasing this week regarding policy going into the next election I reckon they were distracted and not on top of it.

Just in case there was any question as to what our response to hate speech laws should be.

@Craig_Foster Why would/should any sovereign nation submit itself to the authority of an entity outside of itself?

@ellymelly Iâve not been able to find it, but Iâm pretty sure there was a study done by CSIRO around 2018 that calculated the carbon sink value of Australian bush land which was approximately 2.5 times the annual industrial production value of carbon.

@Orsmmm @MadisonKing_fox This is true for Senate voting (big white ballot). For House of Reps voting (green ballot) you must number all boxes for it to be a valid vote.
