@briansharkey007 Very difficult. Ofcourse both would be ideal, but if I had to choose, 1 hour of weightlifting probably does more for your running than 1 extra hour of running. Especially if you do some heavy lifting and switch it up with some plyometrics too.

@_hybridcyclist I've never really purposely cut weight for a race, usually just happens because I'm training more and eating the same

@travelexx Ahh oke. That would be a consideration to get the hrm pro but otherwise the polar h10 is a bit cheaper if you only use heartrate.
