Agreed. Sizing is so important in running shoes. Make sure to leave a pink width of room in front of the longest toe.

It’s far more likely that you’re wearing the wrong size shoe versus you (and everyone else) having an overly wide foot

@briansharkey007 Very difficult. Ofcourse both would be ideal, but if I had to choose, 1 hour of weightlifting probably does more for your running than 1 extra hour of running. Especially if you do some heavy lifting and switch it up with some plyometrics too.

@travelexx Ahh oke. That would be a consideration to get the hrm pro but otherwise the polar h10 is a bit cheaper if you only use heartrate.
