cutting out caffeine and going to bed early made the biggest difference. if I go to bed by 9/10pm, I am nearly guaranteed a 100% sleep score. other things that are helpful: earplugs, sleeping mask, mouth taping, blue light blocking glasses, exercise, melatonin, no heavy meals 3h+ before bedtime.
