I notice a similar pattern in business biographies, if you fell out with a fellow executive it goes in the book, if you had a good relationship it’s skated over or not mentioned. I’d have thought good relationships build businesses more often than bad ones detract from them.

Totally agree. One tangential point is that they’re monumentally underrepresented in public discourse. They had no voice during Covid (and I’d argue suffered the most) and they have no voice wrt things like childcare yet are the ones most affected by it.
