Just thinking about how insane it is that Elizabeth Warren released a universal health care proposal that not only didn’t raise taxes but represented a massive tax break for the middle class - it polls at +27% - and yet she’s the one who has to be on the defensive.

Is there like a low-key, sexist, men condescending to women because they don’t respect their opinion vibe going on with all this pressure to get Warren voters to go elsewhere or is it just me? If this is like a normal thing women experience, it must be exhausting.

The funniest thing about the moderates calling Elizabeth Warren divisive is that her wealth tax has 70% support, including basically net even support among Republicans, but none of them have endorsed it. Warren has a very strong agenda but it's a little divisive to their donors.

42% of voters under 30 would be disappointed if Joe Biden was the nominee. a) There's seriously no way he'll get youth support in the primary and b) that represents a serious concern for a general election. Boomers are seriously going to get Trump re-elected.

The pro-Biden side is *still* dancing (it’s been like 7 hours) and someone is burning sage. All this is truly one of the weirdest scenes I have ever seen

Just listened to Pat Buchanan’s culture war speech and it’s a strong reminder that these people support using the power of the state to entrench white, conservative power, but they don’t believe they themselves should be held accountable, that law should produce actual justice.

Bernie Sanders won New Hampshire with 60% of the vote in 2016. The notion that anyone winning it with 20-something % of the vote in 2020 is the prohibitive favorite or the primary is over is a joke. It’s early and this remains a very divided race.

@paulkrugman I don't think it's "deranged" to discover that the head of the largest Democratic think tank remains highly hostile to the progressive wing of the party.

I don’t understand how any normal person can dislike Adam Kinzinger. Disagree with him over some stuff? Sure. But he’s responded to Trumpism exactly as I (wrongly) expected a whole lot more Republicans to do. And for that he is a mensch.

This horseshit, though, from BernieWorld. Bernie's national press secretary, Brie Joy Gray, vigorously attacked Elizabeth Warren over the Native American stuff. And Bernie knew exactly who he was doing when he hired her. So don't pretend to take the high ground, buddy.
