the Prophet & his Companion arrived in Madinah whilst the Ansaar eagerly awaited his arrival. It was a Jewish man who spotted him first and called upon the Muslims:

The hadith asks us to endure patiently, protests meanwhile advocate for the opposite.

The one who refutes the people of innovation is definitely a mujāhid.

The major issue is there are not many ways to get PR, one way is through naturalisation, which would take 10 years and it's still not guaranteed to get the PR. The other way is by paying 2 cr. INR for each family member, which I cannot afford at the moment.
