An important message from me. I've taken the decision to close The Cold End. The main reason being the lack of numbers of people interested and that I can no longer justify the cost of going to games (sometimes 3 times a week) and hours it sometimes takes to edit videos. (1/2)

People often ask me why is your account/website called THE COLD END. It's named after the far end of the old ground at Goldsdown Road, Brimsdown. This end was always colder than the rest of the ground and pretty nondescript. Everyone has a view about football from The Cold End!

If you could go to see one game of #football at a ground no longer about where would you go? For me, there is no choice - Southbury Road from a 10 year old in 1987 to a young adult in 1999 was amazing. It broke my ❤ when the bull dozers moved in.
