Managers: There “will” be decisions you disagree with, that’s why a Referee is there. At the final whistle “please” shake hands and “thank them” for their time, they do not want to hear any negativity from you!! If you’re genuinely unhappy include that in your written report. 🙏🏿

Today I Refereed a game where there was a player who the last time I saw him he had to much to say and was sent of before halftime. Today HE made the decision to focus on the game and not moan about decisions he disagreed with. He scored the first goal in a 2-0 win. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾.

I see the @BBCMOTD lads @alanshearer and @jjenas8 want to encourage a pile on, on the Ref. I sat watching the highlights seeing error after error from the @NFFC lads in front of goal. They missed more than THREE good chances.
Here is the reason #NFFC feel so aggrieved. The law on the drop ball for a suspected head injury is fairly clear. What is also clear is hudson odoi took THREE touches with the ball before the ref blows the whistle. Why Paul Tierney gives the ball back to #LFC is a mystery.

One of the funniest things you will sometimes hear is: “YOU CAN’T TALK TO THIS REF”.😂 Meanwhile you’re having great banter with the likeable players. What the moaner is really saying is : “THIS REF WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO INFLUENCE HIM AND BECOME ONE OF HIS ASSISTANT REFEREES”😊

An enjoyable afternoon Refereeing in the @ComCoFL this afternoon between @BedfontFeltham & @BritishAFC (Landlord v Tenant) I was suprised it wasn't an 11.30AM KO. Thanks to my Assistants. Tom & Dan, they tell me they had fun.🤣 That's what it's all about. 😀. #LoveTheWhistle ✊🏾
