I had the same issue on my second c section. I had a “window” where my uterus had split but the amniotic membrane was still intact. And the best part? When I went in for the procedure the nurse tried to shame me into going vbac. I could have bled out.

Commercial tech transactions attorney. I used to work in litigation at a large regional firm and then went in-house in a generalist role. I wish I had known early on that in-house roles can actually pay well and provide the work-life balance I was after.

It’s not just a generalized rule. Apparently there are local rules that restrict lawyers from publicly commenting on cases that Lauro has broken as well.

I watched a similar interaction at a soccer game that came down to penalty kicks. There was a boy (who was on the spectrum) who missed his kick and literally hung his head in shame until the best player on the team ran out and hugged him. Not a dry eye that night.

Media is trumpeting this as a "victory" for the Voting Rights Act. And it is. And I don't want to be a turd in the punchbowl... but this is pretty weak sauce from this Court.

When I took it, you could call a number to see if you passed; you could check for one other person. I checked for me and my BFF and we both passed. I called to congratulate her but she was in tears. She had been told she did not pass. So I made her check again and she had passed
