It’s sad how having a disconnect from your own parents gets projected onto someone else. This is what healthy manhood looks like. This is his way to relieve nervousness or anxious feelings. Clearly a habit he picked up as a safety net due to his mother being PRESENT.

My hands on teaching style with my son has been improving by the day. He signed he was hungry still after dinner. Didn’t have any fruit cut up so I handed him his tools for cutting and let him do this project while I cooked dinner. Independence and trust is key. Great job Nas.
