This is a poor take. Any company that skips milestones in their recruitment process is more likely to make bad hires and is running around headless. It’s one of the core reasons startsups hire poorly and why often not the best talent is hired but the loudest talent.

The burn SC will only burn what is not already burned by the ecosystem > if the ecosystem burns, the SC will not burn Qubic too.
This leads to more predictable emission/supply while the ecosystem ramp up is happening. As
