@ArtWard3n @bryan_johnson was huge on sleep tracking '09-12 w/Zeo during sustained high-volume training, deep sleep came on earlier + longer, rem later (after 180' common) + shorter ultimately felt like body/brain knew what to prioritize, surprise surprise, was nice to stop wearing a headstrap to bed!
