I don’t think you need rollups for customisation.
Ideally, SaaS like Helius will be all you need between your app and the L1.
They can handle all the nasty stuff, adapt to changes in L1’s apis, fee structures, optimize like hell around L1s. Makes it easy for you to “customise”
