I respect @blknoiz06 so I dug into the numbers on Eth L2 fees & TPS vs Solana. Here's the result:. Fees for Eth L2's with Celestia underneath are roughly equal to Solana. ~ $0.0086 for a tx on @aevoxyz vs $0.0087 on Solana. TPS across all Eth L2's is ~60 as per @l2beat whereas.
as someone who understands the validity of the integrated L1 thesis & also the modular architecture thesis, this is silly. there is not a single eth L2 in prod competing with solana on fees, or TPS, by a factor difference of about 100x.

Hate to burst peoples' bubble, but *no* DA solution except for 4844 or Danksharding itself can inherit Ethereum security. In fact, you can't use ETH to secure non-native DA bc DA withholding is an unattributable fault.
For data availability, we use @eigenlayer because a domain specific interoperability hub should inherit security from the same source as the rollups it connects. Eigenlayer affordably and significantly increases the Ethereum network's DA throughput. 7/.
