Legalize townhouses, condos, duplexes, etc in single-family zones. Build tons of homes. Invest in trains and buses. Cars = traffic, crashes, pollution, noise.

@JesseHughesNC What about education? Is education the responsibility of the government or individuals? Aka should public schools exist, why or why not?

@GoetzItSold Ah yes, the HR lady is more powerful than the CEO 🙄 Are there stats to support your belief that schools, companies and government are all controlled by women?

@msw_mrs Are you against all taxes, or just against taxes helping the needy? "Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God." - Hebrews 13:16

@GoetzItSold @jasonc_nc The world is mostly controlled by men (CEOs, politicians, billionaires, etc). How is it unfavorable to men? If the world were controlled by women, I'd understand the male victim complex.

@msw_mrs Yes, and if you love Christ, you will be overflowing with thankfulness and compassion and wouldn't begrudge a miniscule amount of your tax dollars going to help poor countries struggling with diseases.

@msw_mrs As the richest country in the world, is it really so terrible that 1% of our budget goes to foreign aid? Also, Jesus didn't say tithe 10% and you're good, he said "sell your possessions and give to the poor" (Matthew 19:21).

@danieleleven32 Could you please consider creating a "Recommended" or "Favorites" shelf in Goodreads? I'd like to start reading more Christian books and am looking for recommendations. I think others would benefit too!

@_dvdsforsale Developers have done the math. They're the ones investing millions. They know better than us if it's worth building or not. If it's not worth building, they won't build it and we lost housing. People paying below market rents should pay for parking if it's going to block housing

@_dvdsforsale That's a 10-15% loss in potential earnings. If the math doesn't pencil out, developers will simply not build homes. Like I said, it will take 8 years to break even. 10 years if you include 2 years of waiting for permits and construction.
