There are different difficulties about each situation. At work yes, you have to put on your best face and do your job anyway, but eventually your shift ends and you get to go home and chill. Hardest part of being a SAHM vs having a job is that now my "job" never ends.
Homemakers don't have to worry if they didn't get enough sleep or don't feel good. They don't have bosses/ customers to please. They can take it easy if they're feeling unwell. There's FAR less stress on women at home than in the workforce. This is how God intended for it to be.

@oliveegger @ryancduff Ladies I hear you but bears like to eat people alive starting at the butt so I think I'd still choose the man lol

@GiffLasta Probably because you seem to have a good understanding of it whereas many/most men don't 👍

I feel the need to inform people that if you have a healthy gut you have gut bacteria that easily breaks down oxalates so they aren't anything to worry about. The oxalate scare is downstream of most people having an unhealthy microbiome. It's not the oxalates, it's you!!
Been enjoying well-cooked veggies in a light beef or chicken broth and it digests well. Ray talked about well-cooked kale for Vit K. Cooking with coconut oil helps reduce the thyroid suppressive effects. Dark leaves have the highest ratio of calcium and magnesium to phosphate. Adding baking soda helps block the oxalates. If you can tolerate vegetables, try it!

@ineedanothernap Mine only goes twice a week but she wants a cold cheese quesadilla every time 😅 So that, a vegetable, a fruit, that's it. She's a slow eater and never gets through the whole thing, it's kindergarten though so they also get snack time, I pack kid protein bar and pretzels

@alonsohki @GiffLasta "Such a person is not convenient for you." Maybe, but we're talking about a marriage, it's not something you can just cast aside. Also, declaring your wife as being "not convenient for you" is certainly not going to make her feel safe and loved by you in her hard times.

@tommyveggies Well he was a "natural hygenist" so he had a pretty different view of health and disease than most

@BHBEnjoyer @Hit_the_Books Some things are inherently harmful and some things aren't. But no I don't think that seed oils as an entire group are inherently harmful. BSO, cold pressed hemp or flax oil, can be helpful in context. Industrially-processed oils and fried oils are probably all inherently harmful.
