@ankurnagpal Q: do you know if SPV investments count towards QSBS? Technically the c-corp isn’t issuing the stock directly to individuals, it’s going through a pass through entity. Does that even matter? What have peoples experiences been?

@chrissyfarr I lean yes. Rather than focusing specifically on pregnancy and childcare with women, we should reframe to ask all CEOs how they balance parenthood, family, and leading a company. We shouldn't single out women with questions we can't also ask male CEOs, which is what I see a lot.

VC auditors about to make that money I don't think I've seen an audit less than $15K, closer to $20-$30K for first-times when they need to go back through years of historicals to vet I'm hoping there are some exceptions made for vintages pre-2025 & smaller AUM firms

@_alexa_murray Ugh the self blame was what got me the most. Shame from other women/providers/etc minimizing the experience and pain, internalizing it all and telling yourself “it must just be me” or “I’m the problem” We gotta listen to each other more and talk less.
