Per Gov. Newsom's order: CA's state tax filing deadlines delayed for 60 days.
But this does not mention if the payment deadline is extended. Also, even if you don't file, you get an AUTOMATIC extension for up to six months.
My advice: carry on as usual.

I was watching the game when Christian Ericksen collapsed. I won't go into details but when I saw his face immediately afterwards, I had a guess as to what happened. But I don't want to speculate. I'll wait until the official statement is made. Glad to see he is stable.
