Oatmeal is really underrated. Good for you. Has fibre so helps with gut health and cholesterol. Try adding fruit (like mangoes or bananas) & nuts (peanuts). In fact add fruit instead of sugar.
You just might like oatmeal. Can be eaten hot or cold.
You can make your oat milk too.
When we buy something with our hard earned money this is what we want to see!

Saw one at a market. It was hungry & had eaten off someone’s stall. For this it was stabbed & left with a smelly infected wound.

So in the hospitals I call all the nurses “matron”. Heavens forfend I address a matron as a sister. Much better to “over-title” them.

So here is “a light” in short hand.
Women are born with all the eggs they will ever have already in their ovaries - abt 4M. This decreases by 10K each month until puberty. So at puberty about 300K to 400K remain.

I lost my dad (58) many years ago. He was involved in an accident and sustained multiple fractures and a liver injury.
I remember a recurring thought being - was he in pain? Did they give him medication to ease his pain? This made me sob and still does tbh. 1/
My big brother, my friend, my sponsor, my role model. You gave me more than I could ever give back.

Part of the problem is we don’t tell patients why the pre-surgery fast is necess. We do not educate them about the risks.
Patient in UK/USA (on morning of surgery): “but I only had a small breakfast. Just 2 eggs & coffee”

Men are so much simpler than women. They generally say what they think. They do what is best for themselves. When they like you, you definitely know.
When they are ready, they choose whomever is the best placed at that time. But until they are ready, you can dance around naked.

Dad: Baby is wonderful. Sleeps through the night an all.
Mum: whose house do you live in?
Mum was my colleague.
She said she made sure to wake dad up every night after this so he could hear baby “sleep all night”!
First night after i brought my baby home from the hospital, i remember hearing a baby cry in the middle of the night and i was like, ah who’s baby has been crying so much and why hasn’t anyone attended to him. saa na it was my baby 😂.

We could do this about 30 years ago. Went from Ibadan to ABU (Zaria) and on to Jos and back to Lagos. A long weekend to see friends and party. Such fun.
Never felt unsafe.
