Day 4 of walking the Camino, and it turns out no one actually learns anyone’s name, so everyone is “Denmark” “South Africa”. Except me, who is now known as as “pastor”/“vicar”. Which is really cute

Camino proper day 1. Only 484 miles to go. Just need to get across the Pyrenees and then it’s basically all flat..

@frjonathanbish My friend saw this film as a teenager and became a member of SSM. Still is - though the order in the uk seems to have disintegrated. The inspection report of the college before they closed it down is quite entertaining - including a complaint of an “over reliance on marmalade”
