I am sure you didn’t need to study for your career as a paper boy. But Doctors do and they pay for their University fees. They then become a Doctor and pay for their exams for up to 6 years that are compulsory to further your career.

I have asked both Mercers on numerous occasions what was the interview process for her £45K post. Anyone applying for similar would be part of a paper sift, a formal interview and to give a presentation. I have had no reply. I think the taxpayers should know the right person.
