Okay I may be in love with the way Aberdeen has it’s transport interchange set up like boom off a train, straight onto a bus or on the ferry…… oh and there’s a huge shopping centre thats straight into the station too!

Finally made the pilgrimage down to Morningside road, complete with signage, whilst in between ticking off some more bus routes today.
The south sub runs under this bridge and this area on the site of the former station still retains these boards.

Sent my wee gran up to inverness on the train from here and was scared she would get lost finding stations etc so i wrote it all out on a set of notecards for her
and the train staff went and gave her complimentary first class on BOTH LEGS of the journey😭
