3/ Octopi have three hearts, so would we take the three arms closest? They also have a “brain” in each arm allowing the arms to operate independently - so maybe the “head” tefillin would have to go on each arm + the main head!

not sure what sort of camp you went to, but this is what we did in mine😂 the closest to violence we ever came to was playing machanayim, and the closest to an “idf boot camp” was a hike and some exercises that involved running a lot😬

there is a reason jews have to do genetic testing before getting married/having children: we are a lot more prone to genetic disorders because we marry within our community, therefore conserving much of our levantine DNA😉 clearly that wasn’t a priority for your family.

if you’re not far from haifa there’s a bookstore that i was told has a pretty good selection of books in english and if you buy 4 for 25 shekels each then you get a 5th free! and for every book you donate you get a card that lets you buy their books for 15 shekels instead
