@AIBIreland really poor customer service- trying to get a new ATM card, hve been on call on 2 occasion for over 30 mins , DM'd on twitter and called to branch and still have not been able to get a new card.

Received this TODAY from @vodafone.Letter states that I owe them €4.10, and that they are going to launch legal proceedings if not paid in 7 is dated April 18th, today is May 2nd. Is the strong arm approach necessary given that this is the 1st I've heard?

Hi @conor_pope not sure if you’re still dealing with consumer stuff but I’m having fierce trouble with KLM re compensation for a bag that was missing for 4 days.. been sent around in circles.. is there some kind of third party or ombudsman I can contact?! Any advice? At wits end

@KLM It was far from ideal 7 weeks ago.. it is beyond any measure of ideal now .@KLM you should be ashamed of yourselves for the lack of regard you have shown your customers.

@KLM @KLM this is the same non committal generic reply I’ve been receiving for 7 weeks. Any chance of an actual employee of customer care contacting us?itd be a lot more reassuring than receiving these generic replies.

Dealing with it @KLM.just update me on where things are not DM me again looking for all our details, you have been given them several times.But certainly DM me with a real/non generic answer. Surely after 7 weeks our case is a priority.@klm you’re a joke.

We experienced a lot of distress and had to spend a lot of our holiday budget due to @KLM ineptitude.we simply want to be reimbursed for what we went through. This is going on almost one month now. @KLM I have never had such an experience with a company before.
