Question of timeline for me. USTs catch a monster bid by the end of the cycle, but if we get another acceleration in inflation before recession hits hard, duration could get smoked. Hence, I’m long 2s, short 10s, vol adj. (steepener), and will go long duration when more certain.

Treatment rates are obscenely low right now. Success in expanding treatment rates might look like, what, 5x as many people treated? That would bring treatment rates to ~10% many places.

I can understand why people assume $MOB.ST is an overhyped shitco. A quick glance over recent financials, dilution, etc, looks like garbage. And FinTwit is usually a fade.
But do a little due diligence on MOB-015’s efficacy, the competitive landscape, and treatment rates.
