Finally after 3 months of grind we are gearing up for the launch of our new category, SHIRTS. To handle a blend of hemp and bamboo was really difficult, but now we have a shirt with softness of bamboo and looks like linen.

@Shopify @Razorpay @Linktree_ @eshopbox @ShiprocketIndia @eshopbox they handled our end to end operations in terms of storage of inventory, packing of the orders, dispatch, delivery and returns too. They have an excellent backend and customer support too. They are a bit expensive but give a good service.

We made a small batch of 600 pieces in 5 colours to understand the market fit. Being an online first brand, we knew we had to get the photoshoot right, but we couldn’t. We cheaped out because we never gave important to visual appeal. Never cheap out on this.

It took us more than 1.5 months to get the right fit for our round or crew neck t-shirt. Always keep in mind the measurements of shoulder, chest and length of the t-shirt. Next is sleeves. Somehow we got it right.

@iamgunti We usually use bamboo as our base fibre in most of our products. It is extremely soft and comfortable fibre to wear.

@PanManIsHere Being a bootstrapped business, we have very limited resources. It was a new category for us and we didn’t have much knowledge so there were lot of technical issues with the fabric, stitching and fits. On top of it we have done small quantity so finding a good vendor is a problem.
