Would it be OK to discuss it a bit more after the Bank Holiday when pple are working again & we can ask for their thoughts Obviously we can't promise to resolve this but understand what you are saying about the wet room not meeting your safety needs

Is this a joke @rbhousing? You won't replace my windows even though the double glazing has gone and they don't provide insulation. You won't fix the leaking window in my bedroom. You won't replace my 20 year old boiler with one that works properly. #UKHousing
