@rbhousing Thanks for this. Can you also pass on my thanks to the two workmen who attended yesterday morning? Not only were they on time and very thorough, they were also polite and friendly, all of which helped control my anxiety levels so I'm grateful for that and they get a big 👍

How can @rbhousing tell the boiler isn't faulty if they won't come out and see it despite photos of the water? How is it fair to charge us if they can't find the fault? When did it become our responsibility to find the fault for them? How is this not a fire risk?! #UKHousing
Nobody is coming to check our boiler, even though I have contacted @rbhousing via the live chat today because the leak has stopped. RBH threatened to charge us if a worker came out and found no fault, but we obviously can't afford to take that chance. #UKHousing

I guess if our faulty boiler kills us then @rbhousing will be happy because they won't have to interact with us any more and they can tick a box to say they've resolved the problem. #UKHousing

@rbhousing Your chat staff wouldn't record a leaking boiler fault & said we need to report it as an emergency when it happens, but you haven't provided us with any way of doing that! Do you see how this process and your lack of reasonable adjustments discriminates against us? #UKHousing

How RBH can claim to put tenants' health & welfare at the heart of the mutual while leaving vulnerable disabled tenants afraid to use what could be a very dangerous boiler is beyond me. Seems like everything they do is designed to cause distress & illness to tenants. #UKHousing

Is this a joke @rbhousing? You won't replace my windows even though the double glazing has gone and they don't provide insulation. You won't fix the leaking window in my bedroom. You won't replace my 20 year old boiler with one that works properly. #UKHousing
