I have a towel in the corner of my bedroom window because of leaks. We've reported it to our landlord @rbhousing many times over several years but they haven't done anything about it. I changed the towel at noon today, yet it still leaked all over my bed this afternoon. #photo

I can't sleep tonight because I need to keep changing the towel to stop the leaking window. Our landlord @rbhousing have known about this leak for years and haven't fixed it. RBH even have a paragraph about damp and mould on their website's front page. #Screenshot

Just went to change the towel that is soaking up the water leaking through our bedroom window for the fifth time today and have discovered that our boiler is leaking. We have asked @rbhousing for years to replace this over 20 year old boiler, but they have refused. #UKHousing

@Nick00610003 @rbhousing I know that is their excuse. But we've told staff at @rbhousing many times (including the Chief Executive Amanda Newton in person) that we need a way of contacting them in an emergency other than by phone due to our disabilities. Not providing this is disability discrimination.
