BofA didn’t even bat an eye when I, (a middle aged ww), exchanged $125K in loose & bloody bills & asked for a cashiers check. They simply told me they couldn’t take the bills that had blood on them. No police call or manager. I didn’t even have to take off my mask & sunglasses.

My client’s son was murdered by Oakland PD & he had the money in his possession. After the cops were fired & the civil case was over they had to return the money, so I took it to the bank & turned it into a cashiers check so the family wouldn’t have to deal with the bank.

The City of Vallejo says they destroyed records of badge bending shootings, inadvertently. We were in the middle of 4 Federal Civil Rights cases against Vallejo, related to badge bending, at the time they destroyed the records. They did not disclose this to us, the media did.
