This jackass wants to put the 10 Commandments in *public* school classrooms and libraries. So much for the 1st Amendment.
Human Coalition Action is pleased to endorse John Prescott for the 2024 Indiana election cycle! Thank you for championing the WINNING issue of LIFE. We canβt wait to join you in the fight for moms and babies.

This jackass wants to end no-fault divorce. 1 in 3 victims of domestic abuse are male. Do you know how hard it is for them to be taken seriously as abuse victims? They won't be able to escape now. Plus, how many women are too scared to take legal action against their abusers?
Not sure what βProject 2025β has to do with it. I introduced this bill after sitting in an Elkhart Court room watching parents casually getting divorced and ruining their kidsβ lives while mutually claiming their marriage was irretrievably broken.

@RepWesco 1 in 3 victims of domestic abuse are male. If they try to defend themselves or their children from an abusive partner, their lives are over. The victim is hauled off to jail, and the children are left with an abuser. Many women fear for their lives with abusive partners.

This jackass wants to criminalize wearing masks at a "public assembly" in Indiana. A Class C misdemeanor. Bumps up to a Class A for 2nd offense. These assholes are probably going to declare going to the grocery store a public assembly. Better not wear a ski mask when it's cold.
State Sen. Gary Byrne (R-Byrneville) speaks during the Senate Committee on Natural Resources on Monday, Jan. 13.

@Acyn Finding an impartial jury is going to be next to impossible, given how many Americans have been screwed over by their health insurance providers.

@Nexuist @cremieuxrecueil It was the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Largely considered the successor of the HRE because of the Habsburgs.
