@KiwiDenny Are German employers allowed to prevent you from sharing salaries with co-workers/public?. I think salary transparency, especially within organizations is quite important. Then again, when I worked in Germany there was a total of zero German people talking about salaries 😂.

Pro tips: . ❌ Don’t do .“Hey” .“How’s it going”.and wait for the person to respond. ✅ Do .Send a single message that includes all of the information necessary for the other person to respond:.- urgency level.- context.- links to relevant resources.- type of feedback you need.
Synchronous communication = you send a message and the recipient processes the information and responds immediately. Asynchronous communication = you send a message without expecting an immediate response. Companies that start to shift to will see success.
