@ankushd14 @dishen2609 True - I tend to give myself a lot of leeway on workouts and intake of sugar / caffeine / alcohol while travelling, which if made stricter can at least moderate the impact

Interesting piece. Other than the deficit, I also figured that my sleep consistency is way out of hand - majorly attributed to travel. That tends to affect the circadian rhythm (which you've covered), which also impacts HRV - which although is a relative measure, has been on the lower side for me.

@abhymurarka Work is the only place that needs to cut shorter tbh. How is the big question I need to solve for ðŸ˜

@dishen2609 Um, but even if you spend a good percentage of your sleep time in restorative sleep, wouldn't a lesser amount of time spent sleeping in absolute terms also mean you're in deficit on the amount of restorative sleep you're getting?

@SandeepParekh @sidd1307 @PPFAS At Paterson PMS, we were at 30% cash. Not remotely as aggressive, but still quite high!

@Laksh1202 Which Monday? Wouldn't want this to be the same Monday you're thinking of working out from since the last 5 years

Love how physics triggers philosophical thinking. "Exchange of heat relates to the nature of time. In every case in which heat exchange does not occur, or when the heat exchanged is negligible, we see that the future behaves exactly like the past. While there is no friction, for instance, a pendulum can swing forever. Friction produces heat. And immediately we are able to distinguish the future from the past."
