It seems some seasoned Fund Managers are using their experience as a badge of honor and looking down on less vintage managers. But shouldn't the long term alpha over benchmark also be mentioned as a badge? Last I know 90% have failed to beat the index over longer periods.

@lalitinvestor The trap was also laid by some large brokerage initiating reports on swiggy at 550-600 levels.

@Nithin0dha @GoogleIndia @Apple This isn't surprising Nithin. Can say with experience that many start-ups (even corporates) try to "game" certain metrics in order to look better. This also gets missed by VCs, except very few. As an ecosystem, we have to get over this jugaad mindset to build something of value.

On a diff note, I want to highlight something from his latest @nikhilkamathcio episode WTF is longevity? The qn to all was asked if there was an algorithm on how to live longer (with no compromise), would you take it? Only he said no - coz he also wants to not live like an algo.
