He's now set a target of being able to do a pistol squat by the end of 2023 and deadlift 1.5x bodyweight. Infact being a newbie, allows you to drop your ego and focus on your form. Here is a 1x bodyweight deadlift by the man himself. He started with zero weight 1 year back.

Here's my dad doing easy barbell squats and is now able to easily sit cross legged. Him falling in love with the gym contributed to an improvement in his energy, his bloodwork and mood. Imagine what you can do in a year if you just begin and remain consistent.

@adhicutting Got the some feedback from friends there on rent. On healthcare: Taking a simple blood lipid profile test is extremely expensive in foreign nations. In Canada, I heard from friends that it is practically impossible to get one casually. Free healthcare comes with caveats.

@kmr_dilip What do you define as healthier? If it's natural ingredients then @wholetruthfood and few others are doing that already. Supply chain is skewed towards unhealtheir foods hence more difficult to scale these healthy foods, correct me if wrong. Hence more time to build.

If your sleep has been shitty for the night you could see a higher than normal spike in your blood glucose with carbs causing you to feel even more tired. Best to keep it low carb on such days and eat carbs on need basis only on such a day. This works for me.

Cold exposure or cold showers can increase dopamine and norepinephrine by upto 250% and 300% respectively and can remain elevated for hours! Even a James Bond shower as it's called, first hot then cold can release high levels of dopamine which sustain for long periods
