Today my massage therapist correctly identified that I had barely slept overnight!

Easy 100kg deadlift to celebrate as he turns 65 years old today.
On his birthday, he gave us all the gift of hope and belief.
We all celebrated with him, the smile on his face and good vibes all around :)
Clean 95kgs for 5 reps and 3 sets.
He's turning 65 in 20 days and has set a 3 rep 100kg single set target, tough to add 5 kgs in 20 days but ruthlessly focused on the possibility of doing so.

My weight has hovered around 3-4 kgs of my current weight for the last 10 years because I've set up automated processes:
-Strength training mostly

If your sleep has been shitty for the night you could see a higher than normal spike in your blood glucose with carbs causing you to feel even more tired.
Best to keep it low carb on such days and eat carbs on need basis only on such a day.
