@ahouse4all I was a private chef for 10 years and met many kids that were raised by nannie. Not a life I would want for my kids. I became a private chef so I could spent as much time with my kids as possible while still maintaining a career (which was important to me.).

@difficultpatty Salted butter is vastly inferior to unsalted butter in basically every measurable way other than just buttering toast. Baking and cooking require unsalted butter. You’ll never see a trained chef choose salted. Unsalted is fresher, sweeter, and way easier to work with.

Outfit on the left, eyes are going to hover around the mid sections highlighting the poor fit on the pants.
