@sjp32wiz7 @Gabriel64869839 What’s more they don’t propose to fight China with us if we fight Russia for them.

@WeaponOutfitter My son’s favorite is using him as a kettlebell. I call them kettlewills and I had to stop when he got too tall. :/

@Merleau1979 @clearSNR @ProHousingPgh I’ve met and liked Duany but when we attempted to develop approximately 600 market rate units in my market at the time, the cities involved stacked on demands until we sold the land and someone built 445 low income units with tax credit money that will be a net loss to the city.

@2805662 Meanwhile using their own money federal developed a single piece steel case that does the same thing.

@anaboYaynsuR @PlanetarAnanda @noclador They’d still, with time to keep, be a real threat to the Baltics.

@anaboYaynsuR @PlanetarAnanda @noclador Ukraine is the largest army in Europe and has used its own GDP worth of support in three years. Most European nations would have fallen under that attack.

@thinkdefence If the U.S. were to double down on defending Europe would the Royal Navy, French navy and Danish navy show up to fight alongside us in the pacific?

@StrategicTrends Biden close not to get it done before Russia dug in and mobilized so now we lack the resources to defeat Russia and deter China simultaneously. 🤷🏻♂️

@scottcfoley @ac209Kali @AlexLuck9 It’s what I would do in their place, but they’ll want to time it right. and it’s not an alliance with shared values as in the west but shared interests.

@JMourinbro @AlexLuck9 Agree. This is what the Pivot to the Pacific looks like at 3% of GDP. Oh well.

@JMourinbro @AlexLuck9 The U.S. has been badgering Europe to take its defense seriously for more than 20 years now, and the situation has been plain for three, there’s really no excuse for more things not to have been set in motion.

@AlexLuck9 The U.S. is at a relative weak point and our European partners must recognize that it’s their turn to lift more than they have in 40 years. The fact that Europe considers our issues with China to not be their problem risks the death of alliance.

@ac209Kali @AlexLuck9 And if China makes them a favorable trade for military equipment or even sends troops?

@JMourinbro @AlexLuck9 After 80 years of Americans defending Europe, the Europeans should be able and willing to promise that they will completely handle Russia, the north and south Atlantic, the Caribbean and Mediterranean, if the U.S. finds its forces and attention diverted to China.
