Did she commit forensic misconduct? No. Did she benefit financially in a way that prejudiced the defendant? No. There's absolutely no evidence to the contrary. I don't see how the judge rules any other way but to deny the motion to remove her.

In 2019/20 during primary, she was my 1st choice for president. Understood move to be VP. I think she is doing great job. She is learning about government. Biden served 2 terms a VP. He learned a lot, made contacts. It would be great if she becomes the 1st female president.

Today, Dec. 10, is the day my Mom was born...and the day she passed away. Rest in Peace Mom. She lived to 95, got her college degree in her 70s, and was one of the most well read people I have known.

The governor's race @ Virginia will be widely reported, so it is very important. Recent articles say the race has tightened. People need to turn out and vote. I want this to be like CA recall - closer than normal until the end when people came to their senses. we need big win!

I had one with my spouse for 40 years, no problems. We both worked, made close to the same, just put all our money in the one account, both of us could use it. Worked great. Lost her 6 yrs ago cancer. Not sure I would do it now.

My best friend and the hospice nurse was there when she took her last breath. The hospice nurse said it was the most peaceful passing she had ever experienced. My wife was an extraordinary woman.

He took an oath to uphold the constitution and laws that haven't been struck down by courts as unconstitutional are constitutional. So he is violating his oath of office when he gives such instructions. If there is clear evidence, like a tape, then he should be held accountable.
