Can someone please explain what this is. I’ve seen multiple people tweet about it in the last day, saying how bad it is, and no one’s taking the time to explain to the rest of us what it is. It’s a pet peeve of mine on Twitter, the experts never explain to everybody else what the thing is we’re supposed to be outraged about!

It’s all racism all the time now, Trump and the Republicans aren’t even trying to hide it.
On this idea of Trump sanctioning South Africa because they’re unfair to the white Afrikaners, which is based on utter nonsense and fictions, anybody who has been to South Africa knows that the unfairness remains entirely the other direction.
