@British_Airways Hi Sarah. I didn’t manually convert, I set up, via the link in the email, for auto conversion. The t&c says I should have had the 350 bonus by the 7th of Sept. Can you check please. Thanks . Ron

@British_Airways Hi. I am trying to make use of the bonus Nectar to Avios conversion. I have converted some (400) Nectar points but it has not applied the bonus, any idea when I should see that apply?
