@BlakeReap @bustarymez96 @coltonlbrewer @derekradney Theological downgrade usually happens in the teaching of the faculty first then finances. I think CTS' bigger problem was rivalry with RTS, being slow to adapt to a robust hybrid and online program, and a season of poor leadership.
