Bro's really excited about USB-C on the iPhone which is the result of regulation against Apple and shilling for iMessage gatekeeping at the same time. The Internet is a better place without gatekeeping and standards are awesome. Apple is in the wrong here. I don't understand

Not true. Tailwind users are people who got sick of using pure css because it's harder to maintain in large projects. I hated it at first until I realized how useful and pragmatic it is.

I think you're painting with a broad brush. Most engineers in the web development community that have jobs are college educated according to the most recent surveys.
Obviously don't go to college if it's not within your means but it's definitely worth it if you can go.

It's because the average iPhone user will continue to bully Android users over green bubbles even though Apple subtly upgraded the experience by adding RCS. The average iPhone user won't know or care but they'll continue to attack their friends for texting with Android phones

The problem with tests is that it enforces what you are writing for. What if the test is wrong? What if you're optimizing the wrong thing? Tests are great for complicated business rules but I think they are an anti pattern for most other things

There is so much FUD around Vercel and React now it's not even funny. They are trying to do some really cool new stuff here but nobody is forcing you to use server components. You can still run app dir in the client so I don't see what the problem is 🤷♂️

I get that a lot of women don't want to carry a baby because of the permanent change it makes to their bodies. Babies aren't machines either. Ending a human life is not a constitutional right. Maybe don't start making a life first before killing innocent humans. 🤷♂️

I feel like shadcn is quickly becoming the default because of how quickly it lets you move without losing the ability to own and customize your code. Using shadcnui also means you own the updates and breaking changes which I prefer but that might not be for everyone
