@ChiTownEazy @SimonGould @NoCapMediaa A delivery driver can't decide to just deliver it anywhere. We have to look at the app's information. Maybe the lazy one is someone who needs their food delivered conveniently but didn't leave proper instructions. She is better than me; I would have canceled it.

@SimonGould @NoCapMediaa Again, there are delivery instructions. If the form is not filled in to take it to his apartment, it should be left at the front desk, which is presumably what the front desk is for. It's not up for debate.

@SimonGould @NoCapMediaa No, we follow what is on the delivery instructions. If Samuel said to leave it at the front desk, that's where it is expected to be. If Samuel isn't permitted to do that, the front desk needs to let Samuel know. It is not the deliverer’s job to know every building's policies.
